Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sprig Finance application and website (together, "Sprig"), operated by CoreForge LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Sprig, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sprig.
1. What Sprig Is
Sprig is a read-only personal finance viewer. It connects to your financial accounts to display your transactions and a running balance. Sprig does not initiate transfers, payments, trades, or any movement of money. It cannot move funds in or out of any account.
2. Not Financial Advice
Sprig provides information and tools for organizing your own financial data. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in the app should be relied upon as such. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or accountant.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident to use Sprig. Sprig does not use sign-in credentials. Your device itself is your connection to the service, so you are responsible for the physical and passcode security of your own device.
4. Connecting Financial Accounts
Sprig uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to connect to your financial institutions. By linking an account, you authorize us to retrieve your account and transaction information through Plaid for the purpose of displaying it to you, and you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any institution at any time from within the app.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Sprig may be offered through an auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing and any trial terms are shown to you in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase, and those terms govern your purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store, not by CoreForge LLC.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Sprig, including by attempting to access another user's data, reverse-engineering the service, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability and Third-Party Services
Sprig depends on third-party services, including Plaid and your financial institutions. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that every institution will connect successfully or that data will always be available, complete, or accurate. Sprig is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Data and Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention and Disposal Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms. Sprig is designed not to store your transaction history or balances on our servers.
9. Termination
You may stop using Sprig and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. On termination, the data deletion process described in our Privacy Policy applies.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreForge LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decision you make based on information shown in Sprig. Our total liability for any claim relating to Sprig will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with an in-app notice. Since Sprig does not collect an email address, we are not able to notify you by email. Your continued use of Sprig after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
